Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Jewelry, faith-based gifts, and final sale items are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, shipping fees will apply to the new item.
Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be applied to the customer account.
Customers must create or log into their account using the email associated with the order to access and use store credit at checkout.
Store credit issued for returns is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and will expire after that time. Standard shipping rates apply to purchases made with store credit unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions
