Shipping policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Orders with multiple items may take up to 5 business days to process
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat rate standard shipping of $8 within the United States
  • Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout)
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after shipment
  • Applicable taxes may be applied to shipping costs based on your state’s tax laws

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Carriers

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS using poly mailers, depending on the most efficient delivery method.


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear

Local Pickup (Summerville/Charleston Area)

We offer a free local pickup or meet-up option for local customers.

  • Select local pickup at checkout
  • Orders will be ready within 2–3 business days
  • Please contact us at christina@saltandsimpleco.com to arrange pickup details

This option is only available for local customers and does not require shipping.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • We are unable to ship to UPS or USPS mailbox addresses
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

Salt & Simple Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
