Refund policy
At Salt & Simple Co, we are so grateful for your support and want you to truly love every piece you receive. Because sizing and fit can vary between vendors, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on eligible items.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, fragrance, pet hair, or any signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry
- Faith-inspired gifts
- Any items marked “final sale”
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email:

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
If approved:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, shipping fees will apply to the new item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Processing & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after your return is delivered
- Store credit will be applied to your customer account
Important:
Customers must create or log into their account using the email associated with their order in order to access and use their store credit at checkout.
Store credit issued for returns is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and will expire after that time. Standard shipping rates apply to purchases made with store credit unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:
